I authorize Avatar Solutions, LLC. to initiate recurring monthly charges to the debit or credit card account for payment of services received. I will promptly notify Avatar Solutions, LLC. when the expiration date changes or the debit or credit card becomes invalid.

I understand these charges will continue to be billed to my debit or credit card monthly and that if at any time I wish to discontinue or make changes to this payment method, I must notify Avatar Solutions, LLC. as soon as possible.
